FAQ

Answers to important B2B sales questions

A transparent explanation of how Closer Team works: what we take on, what result we set and why we do not sell call volume.

    Core format

Closer Team — External B2B Sales Development Center

    What does Closer Team do?

Closer Team can be engaged independently. It approaches the company, navigates gatekeepers, reaches the right representative, prepares and sends the proposal, follows up, answers questions, handles objections and agrees a concrete next action.

Can Closer Team be engaged without the Lead Generation Unit?

Yes. In this type of project, Closer Team handles the first stage itself: company outreach, gatekeeper navigation and access to the decision-maker. The same manager then prepares or adapts the proposal and manages the subsequent negotiations toward the agreed result.

    Are you a call centre?

No. We do not sell call volume or follow a mechanical script. Each project is built around the market, product, business culture and the logic of the future deal. A call, email or another channel is a tool, not the result you pay for.

    How does a project start?

We begin by reviewing the product, market, customer segment, competition and commercial task. Then we agree target companies, negotiation arguments, project result, reporting and the commercial boundaries within which the team can work.

What counts as a Closer Team result?

The result is defined for the industry in advance. In logistics it may be an invoice or cargo and route data for a quote; in SaaS, an agreed demo, pilot or requirements; in manufacturing, a specification, quote request, sample or trial batch; in construction, project data, an estimate or a meeting with the right participants.

    How is responsibility divided?

AXCEND manages communication, follows up on proposals, clarifies questions and handles objections within agreed terms. The client approves prices, discounts, payment, delivery, configuration and contract terms. When a custom calculation or legal decision is needed, we transfer the full context to the authorised client representative.

What is the difference between the Lead Generation Unit and Closer Team?

The Lead Generation Unit makes one primary contact using the client-supplied database and records the response. Closer Team can be engaged independently or after the Lead Generation Unit: it reaches the decision-maker, prepares and sends the proposal, follows up, handles questions and works toward an agreed action.

What does the 2%–5% guarantee mean?

After assessing project potential, an individual benchmark from 2% to 5% is set in the contract. It applies to qualified B2B negotiations under agreed project criteria, not to calls, random contacts or signed contracts.

    Why is the guarantee individual?

Potential depends on the product, market, price, competition, maturity of the offer and access to the right representatives. We do not promise the same result for every market: first we assess the task, then take measurable responsibility we can fulfil.

    Additional format

When to engage the Lead Generation Unit

When should we engage the Lead Generation Unit?

When you have a company database and need one primary contact with each company. The database is supplied by the client. The team records the response and agreed status, but does not continue negotiations after a proposal request.

What result does the Lead Generation Unit deliver?

For each company, we record the outcome of one primary contact: a proposal request, refusal, request to return later or another agreed status. The record includes the context needed for the next step.

Is a commercial proposal included in the Lead Generation Unit?

No. Preparing, adapting and sending a proposal are add-on services. Closer Team includes this work, follow-up contacts, questions and objection handling.

Can Closer Team follow the Lead Generation Unit?

Yes. Companies that request a proposal or confirm interest can be transferred to Closer Team for further negotiations. This sequence is optional: Closer Team can also start directly and handle company outreach and gatekeepers itself.

    Working conditions

    Markets, contract and pricing

Which markets do you work in?

We work across the CIS, Central Asia and the Caucasus. Other markets are assessed separately, including Europe, the United States, Latin America, MENA, Turkey, South Korea and other countries. Projects may cover one country or several markets.

Which languages do you use for negotiations?

We select a manager for the market and task: Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Armenian, Azerbaijani, English, Turkish, Arabic and other necessary languages. Business culture knowledge matters as much as language.

    What determines the project cost?

Pricing is individual and depends on market and language, product complexity, research depth, team composition, number of countries and scope. We assess potential and approach first, then propose project composition and commercial terms.

Is there a result guarantee or refund for a test launch?

No. Lead Generation Unit and Closer Team test launches check working hypotheses: the segment, negotiation arguments, communication channels, access to the right people and market response. A number of positive responses, requests or negotiations is not guaranteed in advance. There is no repeat launch at AXCEND's cost, test package payments are non-refundable and the 2–5% guarantee does not apply to a test.

Do you work under a contract and NDA?

Yes. AXCEND operates through several legal entities in different jurisdictions, and the contracting entity is selected for the specific project. The agreement records the scope, agreed criteria, reporting, responsibilities and, where applicable, an individual result benchmark. We sign an NDA before receiving confidential materials.

How do you report on a project?

We agree the reporting format before launch. We provide context on work with companies, negotiation status, market feedback and conclusions that help your team make commercial decisions.
