We agree the percentage and calculation basis in the contract before launch.

The guarantee applies to the main 500-company packages. It does not apply to the pilot or inbound enquiry handling.

How the result is defined and measured

The first launch under a full main package carries an individually agreed guarantee of up to 5%. The exact percentage, result criteria and calculation basis are agreed before launch and recorded in the contract.

The agreed percentage is our commitment for your project, not a cap on the results we can achieve.

    Initial B2B outreach and qualification

Lead Generation Unit: qualified interest in your products or services and willingness to receive a proposal. The contract sets out the criteria and calculation basis.

    Client prospecting and sales follow-up

Closer Team: readiness to consider a deal. The percentage is calculated from conversations or presentations with decision-makers, as specified in the contract.

If the agreed guarantee is not met, we repeat the launch at our expense. If the repeat launch also fails to achieve the agreed result, we refund 50% of the payment.

A company in the database, a contact attempt, a conversation, contact with the right person, a proposal request, qualified interest and readiness to consider a deal are distinct stages. The guarantee does not cover purchases, revenue or signed contracts.

    Common questions

How do the two outbound packages differ?

Initial B2B outreach and qualification: We find the right people at target companies, introduce your products or services and assess their interest. Your team takes over once the prospect is qualified. Client prospecting and sales follow-up: We find prospects, introduce your offer and continue the conversation after sending a proposal. Your team takes over when the prospect is ready to discuss a potential deal. A standalone package: you do not need to purchase initial outreach separately.

How do we agree the terms of a main package?

Initial B2B outreach and qualification: 500 companies · one country. Client prospecting and sales follow-up: 500 companies · one country. Terms are agreed after discussing the project.

What does the pilot include and where is it available?

Initial B2B outreach pilot: 210 companies · one country. The pilot follows the Lead Generation Unit terms. We test your chosen audience, assess how easy it is to reach the right people and gauge their initial response to your products or services. Available once per country. Several countries can be tested separately, with one pilot in each. We assess the response and whether it makes sense to expand the project. We do not guarantee a set number of positive replies, proposal requests or buyers ready to purchase. The main-package guarantee, repeat launch at our expense and 50% refund do not apply to the pilot. There is no Closer Team or inbound pilot.

    How does the guarantee work?

The first launch under a full main package carries an individually agreed guarantee of up to 5%. The exact percentage, result criteria and calculation basis are agreed before launch and recorded in the contract. For later launches, we agree the guarantee based on the actual results of the first launch. The agreed percentage is our commitment for your project, not a cap on the results we can achieve. If the agreed guarantee is not met, we repeat the launch at our expense. If the repeat launch also fails to achieve the agreed result, we refund 50% of the payment. The guarantee applies to the main 500-company packages. It does not apply to the pilot or inbound enquiry handling.

Who sends the proposal and follows up?

Initial B2B outreach and qualification: Proposal editing is charged separately. Sending proposals and following up on them are not included in this package. Client prospecting and sales follow-up: Sending proposals on request via WhatsApp, Telegram or email is included. We follow up after 2–3 business days with people who requested and received the proposal. The second call and related correspondence are included. For long sales cycles, the third, fourth and subsequent calls are charged separately.

How is work in several countries organised?

For projects covering several countries, we separately agree how to divide the database, the scope of work and the terms.

What does the number of companies in a package mean?

500 companies refers to the database we work with, not a guaranteed number of leads, meetings or completed conversations with decision-makers. A company in the database, a contact attempt, a conversation, contact with the right person, a proposal request, qualified interest and readiness to consider a deal are distinct stages. The guarantee does not cover purchases, revenue or signed contracts. Speaking to a receptionist or being asked to send information to a general email address does not, on its own, count as a qualified result.

When does our team take over the conversation?

Initial B2B outreach and qualification: The prospect fits your target profile, is interested in your products or services and is willing to receive a proposal. We provide contact details, statuses and available project materials so your team can continue the conversation. Client prospecting and sales follow-up: The prospect is ready to consider a deal and asks for a quote, specific terms or a conversation with management. We provide their contact details and status. Your team prepares the quote and contract.

How long does it take to get started?

We agree the terms and the client pays in advance. 5–7 days for the database and materials. The initial outreach package includes adapting your script; proposal editing costs extra. The sales follow-up package includes product and audience research, editing an existing proposal and preparing a script. 1–2 days, up to 25 calls. The client approves the approach. Test calls check the script and are separate from the paid 210-company pilot.

Can you handle inbound enquiries only?

We handle inbound calls under an agreed process, or enquiries via WhatsApp and Telegram. We clarify the request, answer using approved information and pass the details to the responsible team member. We provide a tailored proposal once we have agreed the channel, service period and how enquiries will be counted. Outbound package volumes, prices and guarantees do not apply to this service. Basic inbound call handling excludes callbacks and follow-up in messaging apps.
